“Helpful reception ”

“We had a garden and ocean view.”

“They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!”

“I truly enjoyed my solo stay here for a couple days ocean view from the infinity pool is breathtaking! The room was beautiful the shower. Was amazing the aroma around the whole property smelled so good !! Enjoyed the full moon celebration they had one night with live music and they had a telescope for amazing views of the moon ! Everything was great expect not able to swim in the beach in front of hotel but if you went little further down you were able to. Food was okay Think it could have been……

“This is a small well run beach hotel - we stayed in a bungalow right on the beach it was cosy clean and generally fab. Half board - the food was very good like being in a restaurant with no corners cut. The staff were always cheerful abd helpfull We would happily stay here again and recommend it”

“Great family oriented resort with over the top service. The food was excellent wish they had an evening buffet to feed our toddlers who didn’t appreciate nice sit down dinners after an active pool and beach day ”

“The room, property, and amenities were all great. The staff were absolutely incredible! Shout out Paulino and Vanessa. We don’t remember everyone’s names but they were all super helpful and next level hospitality. We arrived and they had a charcuterie board in the room and refilled bottle water regularly as well as coffee pods. We went to playa Del Carmen for most of our groceries and we also visited Puerto Morelos nearby for lunch/shopping and to pick up some more items. We took taxis for both……

“El Dorado Maroma is one of if not the best all inclusive resorts I have been ever been to. The food was exceptional; the grounds and facilities were impeccable and all the staff was fantastic. My husband and I were also impressed by the quality of the musicians and entertainers that performed at the resort. The mexican party on the beach was really special and the mariachi band was outstanding. The included catamaran tour with snokeling on the nearby reef where we got to see an impressive amount……

“The area looks safe and there is a big park nearby.”

“This was our second time at this resort. We love the beach here. The staff are nice. The music after dinner in the plaza is a nice touch for those of us who go to bed earlier than the shows. The food here is quite good for all inclusive. But the bartenders are terrible, you cannot get a decent mixed drink. My wife and I tried something every day from various bars but settle for wine or a straight alcohol on the rocks that a bartender can’t screw up. Even Don Miguel which seems to be a martini……

“Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at in this hemisphere.* We stayed in a penthouse suite in the Fairmont's Heritage Place area. The place was immaculate, quiet, spacious, with a great modern kitchen. An in suite bathroom for each of three rooms, and an extra powder room. There are beautiful pools *everywhere*, never crowded. The beach is maybe a 15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride away. The bikes are well maintained, but single speed, so I had to adjust the seat height to get enough……

“酒店位于海滩有4-5个街区，步行10分钟后，远了一点。我入住的那天，在公共区域可以连上酒店的wifi，房间信号满格，但就是无法连上wifi。前台非常敬业，想了很多办法，可惜最后还是没能解决。当然，问题并不在前台。希望酒店加强管理，不要让这一问题影响自己的声誉。”
