“Great property. I would have liked the on resort club to be open every night and Riu Party events at night to happen more frequently but other then late the food options were great. Rooms were clean and nice. ”

“I love this place and the Villa Group. The people are friendly, hospitable, helpful, always have a smile on their face. We stayed in here 5 nights and 6 days and there are plenty of things to do. They have different activities for all ages every day. I highly recommend to book the all inclusive because it’s so worth it. I cannot wait to go back there again with the whole family.”

“The property is beautiful. The room was very well furnished. The pool is large and the perfect temperature. The staff at the resort is very friendly. It's a long walk to the marina but there are many transportation options. ”

“Best part is the view from the Villas. The facility is dated and needs a refresh. The check in staff and operators were marginally helpful. Dining options at Montechrsito are limited. You must go to other properties for options. You cannot Uber to or from your Villa as Uber is not allowed on property. You have to take a $20 cab ride one mile to the front gate then wait in Uber. ”

“The only 2 negative issues preventing a 5 rating were as follows. 1. The AC in the separate 3rd BR was not working when we arrived, they did get it taken care of by the end of the 2nd day. Not sure why it wasn't checked before our arrival. 2. The master BR in Our unit had very thin roller blinds so provided lack of privacy to the patio at night and also the spotlights directly across the courtyard were shining directly into the Bedroom all night long. ”

“The location was perfect for us and the room was nice, Carlos was excellent help and we would stay again. The only thing was the parking is a bit hard.”

“We were not told ahead of time before booking this trip that September is the only month that this property is allowed to do construction so the entire time we were on vacation we couldn’t sleep in, relax, or enjoy our time in the room or even by the pool because all you heard was construction. Tried reaching out to the owner, they finally got back to me and their only reply back was they could move me to another room but it didn’t matter because construction was going on all over the property……

“The unit was spacious, however, there were blankets falling out of a large cabinet in living room , soap bars provided were the 1970 style soap. the unit is good as long as the people going there know that they need to bring everything with them.”

Room was clean upon arrival and check in was an easy process. The hospitality of the staff here is excellent. They would always ask how things were going and if we needed anything.
