“The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was an extra charge on my card along with the security payment. I am still waiting on that refund. They did give me a free stay because of the bathroom.”

The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line.……

“The property is beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. I had to bake a cheesecake for a Christmas party. The cheesecakes turned out good that I baked in the oven. The living room was very cozy with nice furniture. It is a safe neighborhood.”

“The room, though small, was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff members were polite. There was plenty of parking. The food options were a few minutes drive away. My only problem was the "hot" water for the shower. I was on the 4th floor; it took several minutes for the water to go from cold to warm. It never got close to hot.”

We booked this hotel at the last minute without knowing anything about it, and we were blown away by how charming and beautiful it is. The interior courtyard was like a secret garden in the city. There's even a friendly hotel cat. We'll be back, and I've already recommended it to several friends.”

“For a quick overnight stay, this place will do ok. But, I would caution any female traveling alone to stay elsewhere. It is a bit sketchy at night. I do have to say that the staff was very nice and helpful.”
