The Cape Escape - Fisherman's Paradise and a Beautiful Retreat!

The Cape Escape is a beautiful 2 bd/2 bath located on the ground floor and is the perfect location for families, fishermen, relaxation, and watching the wildlife. Close enough to town to enjoy all that Rockport has to offer, however; far enough away to soak up the peace and quiet you will find here. The pool is just steps away - you can soak up the sun and a private fishing pier where you can catch flounder, drum, and reds. The beautiful sunrises and amazing sunsets will leave lasting memories.

The space
The unit sleeps 6 comfortably. We boast two master bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bathroom. The other bedroom has a king bed with a door that can be closed off to create an additional on-suite master. Both bathrooms have large showers with handheld shower heads. There is an open living room-dining room floorplan. The cabinet under the TV in the living room turns into an additional queen size memory foam bed. The fully equipped kitchen features a pass-thru window to the living/dining room area.

Guest access
The entire space is available to you, including the community pool and kayaks.

A maximum of two cars can be parked on-premise.

Other things to note
WASHER/DRYER: If you are planning on staying 7 days or more, you will have access to a washer and dryer in the unit. The code to access this closet will be emailed to you prior to your arrival.
