“The place is great! Good kitchen and pool. It’s a quiet and very pretty habitacion. Staff really helpful and nice. Check-in infos on point. Superior Double Room, 2 Twin Beds is big great for one or 2, even for 3 friends with the hammock in the room (I don’t know if they allow) Great bathroom. Mini-mini fridge. Stayed 4 nights. “Excellent value for a well-appointed and spotless large room (Limon Suite) just a short walk to the center of town. Takes about 10 minutes to Mega and 8 minutes to the Aqua Safari pier in front of Casa Mexicana. The property has a set of stairs leading to the front door of the living areas, always locked. “Dan and Cindy were amazing hosts. Great communication, we had treats waiting for us, and the place was charming. Not to far from downtown (walking distance) and close to taxi intersections. We rented a scooter and was delivered to Los Alcatraces (property) thanks to Dan and Cindy’s connections, and that was the way to go. We enjoyed tremendously our time there!!! Highly recommended.”

“We chose this mainly for location and great value. All inclusive part was nice to have even though we go a lot into the city to enjoy great local restaurants. We had plenty of parking for our rental and the restaurants in the resort had pretty good food whenever we were too tired from snorkeling all day and decided to eat at the resort. Nice coffee shop onsite as well.”

“Took until 6pm to check us in no idea why. The room was good but with some major issues that were never fixed. The toilet from upstairs was leaking and the water was dripping onto the towels. The ceiling above the toilet was fairly wet. No idea why the Hotel didn’t think this was a major issue especially conduits a sanitary issue. The buffet restaurant fir dinner is a complete joke. BB Q night was beef burgers. We don’t eat beef. Breakfast was passable. The Italian and Mexican Restaurants were……

“Hotel has a nice home away from home feel. It is located conveniently to shopping, coffee, dining, & bars, & it is just a few blocks from the ocean. My room was large, comfortable, & I had hot water, & WiFi that supported me working & streaming tv. The lady that checked me in & out was very kind. My only complaints were that I could hear my neighbors easily, but I travel with ear plugs, so it wasn’t a real issue. There is also construction going on nearby that starts around 10 am. Overall,……

“This was an incredible property in terms of landscaping and design and each villa has unique features. We had a hot tub and an outdoor plunge pool which felt like a private resort. The breakfast was some of the best food we had during our whole stay. Humberto was super helpful as was everyone on the property. We rented bikes and biked to beaches ten minutes away. Nearby restaurants close very early though so if you don’t have a car, dinner has to be ordered in or you can pre-order dinner on the……
