“Near the airport. Very clean and spacious. Staff members are kind. WiFi was Ok. Sometimes it wont work but they have several you can switch. Water heater needs to improve. We are used to cold water but Cusco is very very cold. And hot water would be nice. ”

“Way to go! My family of 4 (with two young kids) really enjoyed the apartment because of the location and quiet home-like feel. Everything in the city was perfectly walkable: the local market, bakeries, coffee shops, the main plaza, Sacsayhuaman. We found it to be an ideal base for exploring and we felt very safe. The apartment was clean. Some of our favorite things were 1.) the endless hot water tank, which meant great showers 2.) the rooftop deck, which we had access to, had a wonderful view……

“fair room feature, poor service. fair breadfast. there was one night room with no water at 8pm, went down to reception to ask is problem in my room, and wait for 30 mins still no feedback, and have to go down to reception to ask again, and finally said it is the city issue, entire street with no water until next day 4am, i was shocked since not even have water to flush toilet and ask if there bottle water provided, reception only said she need ask boss then also no feedback again. please train……

“Decent room. Comfy beds, hot shower, Good breakfast, in quiet but convenient area (a few mins walk to the square). The best part is the staff. They made us feel like home and took care of us all the way. I had a very good staying. Highly recommend.”

“La renta del departamento es una estafa, se trata de publicidad engañosa destinada a llevar huéspedes al Hostal Apu Huascarán, que es la misma dueña del apto. y lo tiene rentado por meses. De no ser porque lo denuncié en la app, me hubiese aplicado el mismo proceso que a otros huéspedes, finalmente me ubicaron en otro alojamiento más céntrico que valió la pena. ”

“A estadia em geral foi boa; boas dependências, limpeza; A localização deixa a desejar e em todos os dias em que permanecemos na hospedagem, após as 19:00 até as 2,3 da manhã faltou água (chuveiros, pia..) insustentável pra quem passava o dia todo em longos passeios. ”

“When I arrived the hostel, the owner seemed not to know my booking. Room was not ready and she requested me to move another branch hostel. I didn't agree to it. After 20 min waiting, a staff introduced me a room without bath room even if I booked a room with private bathroom. At the night, hot water was not available and I could not take shower. Midnight, entire water was not available and could not flush toilet. ”
