"We disembarked our cruise ship early in the morning. Proceeded to the Yotel hotel we booked, so we have a place to hold our luggage’s and somewhere to rest since we have 15+ hours before our midnight flight back to Germany. Overall, a very nice hotel with excellent customer service. Staff was very accommodating to our early check-in and check-out requirements, waiving any additional costs. If we were staying in Singapore would have definitely stayed here. Great amenities and walking distance to sites, restaurants, and shopping. Highly recommended to all travelers visiting Singapore. Thank you."

"Premium accommodation options in Singapore. Has all the amenities and is very pleasant, but not the cheapest option. Breakfast was busy, had to queue for a while."

Barring one rude staff member who told us he can’t sit around serving us all day when we asked for help with our flights in the midst of the Middle East conflict, the rest were so courteous, helpful and extremely polite! 4.5/5 overall! Would’ve given it 5 if it wasn’t for that rude staff member. "

"Really comfortable stay. Great value and quality. I will definitely stay here again. Also, the pool opens at 6am which is very nice for early morning swim without crowds: each morning I was swimming alone. I swam every morning during my 6 day stay."

"Hotel room was very clean and the view form the balcony absolutely breathless. Only breakfast was a bit disappointing - a huge room like in a chip restaurant. and a small selection for those who don't like Chinese breakfast. "

"Rooms are newly renovated, very clean. Staff is efficient and friendly. Location is perfect. However, there was a woman in a skimpy dress who was banging on our door at 1230am. She had the wrong room. Maybe security can be tightened as we were very much disturbed that night "

"Amazing stay! We had 2 beautiful rooms for our family of 5. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful hotel and the pool was awesome with comfy day beds to relax in while the kids swam. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, transit. So convenient. Would highly recommend and would stay here again. "
