「This was the perfect location, tucked in the woods, away from it all. The view at the campsite was beautiful! Just a short drive to Watkins Glen for our hike. Planning on staying again next year to hike at Buttermilk Falls.」

「Came for 3 days to visit Cornell with my daughter and this home was perfect. Small, yet not lacking anything, rustic but lacking none of the modern tech. The backyard waterful, fire pit and views are worth the stay alone. Would definitely stay again.」

The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I!」

「The location directly on the lake is amazing with large grassy yard right up to the lake’s edge without need for any steps…surrounded by 270 degrees of water. House itself is modest and quaint with nice furnishings and decorations and very comfortable beds and well appointed with everything you’d need for a lake vacation. Hanging out in the hot tub and dock at sunset over the lake was the best! Highly recommend this rental!」
