「No maid service for the entire stay. Towels were not changes, garbage not removed from cans and toilet paper not filled. Had to personally request new towels from front desk. 」

「Our stay was great. Room was clean, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied. Along with dish detergent in the kitchenette. Parking is free, but limited with the number of rooms. Free coffee available and in lobby, starting at 8. Every room has a view. 」

「The hotel was very nice. But actually finding it was very difficult. It doesn’t face a street and just sort of sits in the middle of a parking lot that is poorly marked and has a confusing layout. The signage for the hotel is on a marquee with several stores and restaurants. Not immediately recognizable and hard to spot while driving. There needs to be a serious re-design of the parking and a dedicated approach needs to be laid out. Lots of families and groups staying there. That is to be...
