「The staff was very helpful. Our reservation could not be found. I had to show them proof the reservation was made. The hotel was able to find us a room for the price per night that I reserved the room for.
The room was very nice. However the TV was old and the picture was very blurry and we were unable to watch the hockey game in our room we had to watch it in the lounge. The bed was very uncomfortable and the heater was very loud.

「The walls are super thin, I could hear the neighbors conversations and their pack of dogs barking in the morning. CAPPIN' on the Amenities, there was no blackout curtains and no drink tokens for the last nights stay. I expected more for the amount paid. 」
