“We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again.”

“We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow.
We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed.
They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways.
How about close the Hotel and halt booking?
Terrible Managment.”

“We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great.
They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay.
We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily.
The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus.
Would certainly return to this……

“Great room - Clean and comfortable with a view of the Ocean and could see sunrise from the bed or balcony. Beach access and covered / heated swimming pool were great and very convenient! Calm beach - hardly any waves / lot of shells. Room had 2 TVs - one with cable channels and streaming services and other with a VHS and DVD Player! They had a good collection of VHS and DVD too!
