「The individuals at the front desk were polite and friendly. But housekeeping was unprofessional. We noticed a bloodlike stain on a pillowcase. We took the pillow off the bed, contacted housekeeping stating the problem they said they would be right up,but they never showed up. We called down to the front desk and the person who answered said that she has been trying to contact housekeeping for an hour but to no avail…Unacceptable. Long story short, I had to physically go downstairs to get fresh...

「Note this review is after a nights stay on the " Contractors" side-Wing of the hotel and now moved to the opposite side-wing. Rm. Clean, All functional, Staff was Great, Only downside lack of hot water, slow drains, even the tub. Excellent Daily Breakfast and Dinners Mon-Wed. 2 Thumbs up to the Cooking staff! 」
