East Side Hotel with Pool

"Location & service were great. But the rooms were not that clean (3 stars). Shower head had an issue as well, only partially working. We stayed there as the location is amazing across from the basketball arena, 2 nights max."

"First night woke to use the restroom only to walk into a pool of water in the floor, not the best feeling in the middle of the night. Staff were accommodating and moved me to another room. Also, the place was very noisy, the sound of closing doors echoed down the hallway, not the alarm clock I was anticipating."

"The bed was comfortable. But the hotel was in disrepair and hadn't been updated. Our room wasn't cleaned during our four-night stay. We were told after three nights that the room would be cleaned, but it never was. They also didn't replace our towels or empty our trash."

"My go to place to stay for my weekend work, Staff have always been super friendly. CLEAN and comfortable room,Love that! You have Sheetz,Applebee's, Texas Roadhouse, Cracker Barrel, Bob Evans, Sheets, Starbucks, Breugger bagel, 7 Brew coffee, CVS many more Great Area to stay!!! There is a planet fitness and Walmart, Target, Dollar Tree..many many more shopping and restaurant choices. Willoughby is wonderful"

"This is one of the places that you have to stay at if you travel to Cleveland. The onsite bar and staff were outstanding. A great little weekend get away in a perfect location."
