"Large clean room for two people, but only one chair. We were promised another, but it never materialized. Good storage in room. Excellent courtesy shuttle to Cleveland Clinic sites and University Circle sites--very prompt and very reliable."

"The wall paper throughout different parts of hotel and room was peeling off the wall. Most of the 1st floor was under construction and there was no access to the pool or hot tub, one of the main reasons we booked the place. The best part about it was the staff, they are super friendly and helpful."

"Definitely will be staying again. Loved the set up. Easy to get to. My Puppy loved it. Super quite. Free parking, very safe. Loved the outside smoking area. Modern look hotel, very clean, breakfast was good. Service was as well. Only issue was that my card had to be replaced, due to it not working after the 1st time. But it was resolved very quickly."

"This is an historic property. I was here a few years ago and it was a bit sad. But new management came in and updated the property. I only had a little trouble working the bath faucet, otherwise everything was perfect."
