“The location is very convenient to Brands Hatch (obviously) but also to a variety of other local attractions. Staff were pleasant and helpful with one in particular being exceptional, Leah. The room was OK though the bathroom was in need of some attention, over bath shower screen needed attention as it leaked, and the mirror was unusually high up the wall so that my average height partner had difficulty using it vanity unit also unusually high. “I was staying at this hotel for 5 days. The property was clean and outside was well maintained. However of all the hotels I’ve been to, I’ve never experienced NOT having a mini fridge or microwave. So for me who has small kids this definitely would not be ideal.(my kids were not on this trip) This was a huge inconvenience. There menu options in my opinion wasn’t the best and pricy. They don’t warm up outside food. So for that reason alone I wouldn’t come back to this location. Not all holiday……

“This is my second time to stay, overall is much better than before. There is Carpark available but need fee. As my room air conditioning control panel is broken and got too warm to stay for 2 nights, the staff is good to change another room for me very efficiently. Shopping and restaurants is nearby, easy to walk in a few minutes.”
