“It was good. However it doesn’t have AC, or an oven however it showed both of that on the listing I just didnt pay attention. and the hot water was kinda a struggle situation because you had to go under the sink in the kitchen and fix it. The blinds broke downstairs on the second day and it was completely see thru so there wasn’t much privacy but if that doesn’t bother you then it’s okay.”

“Great place”

“Beautiful place to stay with wonderful hosts.Highly recommend!”

“We traveled for a lacrosse tournament at the Air Force Academy. The location was perfect. We loved being just steps away from the Mountain View Cafe. The host was responsive and helpful.”

“This was a beautiful property that was just a short drive to relatives and shopping.”

“It was fine - although couldn't get the heat to work- waterless toilet was not great- didn't like that.”

“This is our third stay here in the past eight years. We would’ve stayed there more, but our dates didn’t line up with openings in the past. It’s far enough from town that you feel like you’re in the country, but it’s close enough to quick amenities. Quiet neighborhood streets for walking or running. Nearby to Section 16. You really feel like you can spread out in this place whether inside or outside.”

“The host was awesome—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We really appreciated how quickly he addressed concerns and even offered to have someone come in to clean. That said, we do wish the first impression had been better. The house did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned upon arrival. We noticed things like clumps of hair in areas, dirty socks outside, food left in drawers, and some stains on the walls. While the host offered to send a cleaner, we chose……

“Perfect cozy quiet place to stay!”

“Deborah is very accommodating. Her team provide great accommodations at all of their rentals. We have stayed at more than one of their places and have only good things to say about our experiences. Thanks for providing such a great air B&B for our many trips to Colorado Springs! ”

“Kitchen and coffee bar nicely stocked. Plenty of towels. Everything was in working order. Fireplace was beautiful. ”

“This is the first experience with vrbo where we have no complaints. The cabin was exactly as advertised. Everything worked. Nothing broken or misleading. We had deer visiting- beautiful views- and peaceful escape during a visit with our daughter’s birth parents in the springs.”

“What a beautiful cabin retreat! The cabin feels very private tucked away just down the hill from the hosts. The balcony overlooking the mountains was a wonderful place to rest and sit in the mornings. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need and the little living area is a perfect spot to sit and watch tv or movies during your stay. It really is the perfect getaway spot for a couple with plenty of parks and outdoor spots in the area and both Denver and Colorado Springs less than……

“Absolutely amazing! We stayed for a week and it was plenty of room for the four of us! The house and the area outside was super adorable and we loved having fresh eggs every morning! This was close enough to Colorado Springs that we still felt like we were in the city while also feeling like we were in a cabin in the woods. There was lots of wildlife in the area and even a playground nearby for kids. The host was very helpful as well!”
