“We experienced several issues while at the apartment, including a bathtub faucet that would not turn off and a safety concern with the toaster, a dirty coffee pot and a problem opening the lockbox to return the key. The host did have someone fix the faucet and deliver a new toaster.”

“Excellent accommodations, great location. Very spacious, just as advertised / pictured! :-) Parking garage was a nice "extra". We had a couple very minor issues and Brenda was extremely responsive and gracious. Be aware that there are 2 flights of steps. We would definitely return!”

“The owner was easy to reach and communicate with.”

“Overall, we were disappointed by the property. The home was dirty and not maintained very well. We suggest hiring a new cleaning service. Amenities were bare minimum. The home says it sleeps 10, but it sleeps 10 with a blowup mattress. On a positive note, the communication with the owner was very good. He was very responsive and quick to help if we had any issues.”

“I stayed at the Studio for 20 days. It was very comfortable and very quiet. It was conveniently located to many restaurants. I would definitely book this studio if it is available next time I will be in Denver. ”

“The condo was clean, easy to find, plenty of parking. No troubles getting great communication with the host.”

“Very beautiful spacious property. The location is great, beds comfortable. We also enjoyed working the 1000 piece puzzle. It is on the second level so requires walking up lots of stairs which was a little bit of a challenge for my 84 year old Mom. It also has a 2 car garage which would have been nice had there been an opener(the previous people took it home with them and the replacement wasn’t there yet)”

“Pros: The condo had plenty of space. It was in a nice location, with a 30 min drive to downtown. There are grocery stores nearby to stock the fridge. The pool and hot tub were pretty great for the kid. Friendly neighbors. Host was quick to respond when we had issues.Cons: There was some old food in the cupboards. Some of the dishes weren't clean, but put in the cabinets so we rewashed what we needed to. The towels in the dryer were still a little damp upon arrival. One of the weirdest things……

“Thank you for allowing us to stay with you. The home was perfect for our working stay.”

“Excellent location! Super great host - provided a few water bottles, coffee, and home equipped excellently!”

“We had a great stay. The condo fit our needs perfectly and the location worked well for us. It was clean and had everything we needed. Also, the bed was very comfortable.”

“Place was much more than we expected. Very clean , great area close to everything. Added plus how close it was to the AF Academy.. host was very attentive & quick to respond to my concerns.. beds were very comfortable. we will definitely stay again when we are in Colorado again.”

“We were very pleased with our stay and met the owners who were delightful. We will likely rent from them again as it is very convenient to the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, and local shopping district.”

“Property was in great location & perfect for our needs.”

“Travis was awesome with communication and the thoughtfulness of making you feel very welcomed. Beds were very comfortable and temperature was perfect. LOVED THE FLUFFY TOWELS!! Definitely a great place to stay in Colorado Springs.”

“The studio apartment had everything I needed. It’s in a great location. It was super clean and the host was very responsive.”

“The condo is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom was ok, the fan is very noisy and doesn't work as it should. The kitchen is a good size for being a condo. The stove looks to be original when the condo was built and needs to be replaced it could almost be considered unsafe. Under the sink was uncleaned and disorganized. The condo's ceilings are of the popcorn type; this makes the condo have a feeling of an older home, but a home, nonetheless. I was aware of the stairs before we……

“The handle in the shower was broken and it was very difficult to take a shower. There were no spoons and the listed didn't state there was a hot plate. If I would have known I would have brought more food we could make. The listing also states there is a washer which there isn't.”
