“NOT A HOTEL - Fraud!!!! The pictures do not even match. He has fake pictures of a hotel fountain, lobby, airport views, restaurant, neon signs, train station, stocked fridge, gourmet food— none of this exists, it is a residential house in an uncomfortable neighborhood. The guy didn’t answer his phone for my 3pm checkin so I went elsewhere, then he ignored Expedia and declined a refund. I’m reporting him to the state bureau of investigations for fraud.”

I was hesitant to finalize the booking at first, as this home is new to VRBO and there were no reviews to help me navigate my decision. This turned out to be the perfect stay! Not only is the property conveniently positioned (blocks away from grocery stores, restaurants, and a few minutes' drive to DU), but it is well-appointed with everything we needed during our weekend. “Host and family were very welcoming and friendly. Every time in passing, the host checked that everything was ok or if anything was needed. The unit is the whole basement of a very large house. Very spacious. Unit is supplied with everything you need. TV subscriptions were very extensive. I found more options than I could watch in a year.The picture of the entry way stairs is misleading it is NOT as steep or tight as it looks in the picture. It's a hard angle to get a good picture of.”
