“Awful. This place is at the back of some kind of children's zoo activity and motoring place. I checked in late. I tried to call them using the property number given but it is the wrong number!! I messaged to say I was going to be late. They said ok. When I told them their number doesn't work they seemed unbothered. When I arrived at 7pm to my shock they said the room is not ready! “Fundamentally, it's a hostel with lockers big enough to sleep in. It's an incredibly nice, clean hostel with very nice self-service amenities, especially for the price, but you'll hear the people in the bunks adjacent to you and see people in various states of trying to sleep or relax in their pods. The pods are clever with storage but it's still very scarce, especially in the single pods.

“The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate.
