「The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room. The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. 「Best location possible directly beside Queen Street station, the galleries, all the shops along Buchanan st and restaurants. Hotel entrance is older but the floors / rooms are immaculate / recently renovated and one of the best rooms we had during our trip. Spacious rooms, great A/C. Great hotel choice would stay again」
