「The location was amazing right downtown, near shops and restaurants. Lovely building. Parking around the corner, so we dropped off luggage in the alley and one of us parked car. Outdoor stairs so use care in inclement weather. It was storming when we left fortunately I planned ahead and we only brought in backpacks so we didn't have to set anything down. 「Clean rooms, a comfy bed, and a nice bathroom and mini-fridge. A huge breakfast spread that is constantly refilled until closing was a big plus. The drive to pull in isn't marked very clear and the neighborhood doesn't seem like the safest, but it had easy access to Kauffman and Arrowhead.」

「Check-in was via computer and took quite a bit of time. There was an employee there but he did not help until he printed our keys. Property was well worn. The sofa was worn out. The bed was broke, luckily we had a second bed in our room that was fine. We arrived around 9pm. Room was very hot and humid so much so that the bathroom floor was wet. A/C worked but had not been turned on. Took a while for room to cool off. Breakfast was minimal. AM employee was nice.」
