“This property was very clean and comfortable! The view from the deck was outstanding and we loved that it was very close to the lake. The location was great and was close to a lot of great wineries/breweries that we visited during our stay. I will say that I did make the mistake of not reading all the way through the amenities list and did not realize that the house did not come with towels/washcloths or bed sheets/pillowcases, so just make sure to bring those with you when staying here! Overall……

The wood burner was great for a chilly early spring weekend, Elizabeth was very clear and accommodating in her communications making it very easy and everything was just great. My only regret is not booking the third night to stay for the Solar Eclipse and to get to explore the property further. We thoroughly enjoyed the area and the accommodations at the Yurt were perfect for my wife and I!”

“Super cute cabin! Modern amenities while still very rustic and cozy. Located right in the middle of so many beautiful state parks and wineries, and only a 15-20 minute drive either way to WatkinsGlen or Ithaca. Hosts are accessible and friendly. We loved our stay here.”

“We wish we stayed longer. Our stay was amazing, we had everything that we needed. Greg met us at the property and showed us around and how to work the different appliances. The property is off the grid but if you have ever stayed on a boat or RV you will be fine. But if you forget something he did have a manual on how to work everything and he was always a text away. The outdoor area was perfect. Had a fire pit, axe throwing targets (axes included), a sauna, grill and griddle. Will……

“This was a very lovely property. There were a few little cabins and tents spread out on the grassy area in the woods. It was very quiet, and we still felt like we had our own privacy. The composting toilet and shower house was very well maintained, we didn’t feel uncomfortable using any of it. Ershay was a great host, gave us the lay of the land when we arrived so we knew where everything was and how to use it. Our cabin was cozy, had more ammenties than we expected (a fan, French press, towels,……

“Eshay’s cabin in the midst of Hammond State Forest was perfect for our anniversary getaway. It had all the amenities we wanted, along with a rustic vibe which we loved. The front porch was delightful with the morning sunrise and the evening moonrise, plus sweeping views of the forested mountains. It is a very peaceful setting with no traffic or people noise, only birds singing and the rustling of tree leaves in the breeze. There is also a nature preserve trail and a multitude of hiking/biking……

“GLAMPING! This property was magestic, from the wildflowers covering the entire grounds to the glorious natural swimming pond in the center. The wildlife and domestic animals roaming around were friendly and very entertaining. Peacocks, chickens, sheep, horses,a pig and the koi, all made for a unique stay. Don't let the communial bathrooms deter you, they are lovely, clean and conveniently located. Doug the host was available for communications and made sure we had everything we needed. The……

“Me and my daughter came up to Greek Peak for a quick snowboarding trip and chose to stay here at one of the cabins. It was absolutely perfect, super cozy and located just down the street from the mountain. The cabin had plenty of room, everything was super clean and we both felt very comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay.”

“The stay was wonderful! An extremely beautiful view, clean and serene space, and everything was provided for. Dave and his family were wonderful, and helped provide everything we could need. Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. Their dog, Willy was an extra, added friend to us, and made our trip even more special. - Pete”
