Nashville Ford Ice Center Antioch Hotels

"This hotel was subpar from the moment I walked in the door to check in. The couple checking in in front of me was requesting a different room because there was blood on their bedsheets. I should have known from that point on that this was not a good place to stay. The attendant at the desk did not greet me in any way. After a significant wait, he returned to help me. Our room was disgustingly dirty. There was a toenail on the couch, and cough drops and trash on the floor by the bed. The tub did not drain fully. There was always a puddle of water in the bottom of the tub, which is totally unsanitary. The bathroom door had dirt and toothpaste on it. The carpet was gross and needed to be vacuumed. The table/desk was filthy and sticky and not suitable to use until I scrubbed it with soap and water. The TV was very dim unless we shone a light directly on the sensor, so we had to move a lamp to the floor under the TV. The breakfast ended too early (9:30 on a Saturday) and we were rudely scolded for trying to bring breakfast to our sleeping children. There was not enough seating in the breakfast area but the desk attendants were very adamant about not bringing food out of that area. The pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance most of the time we were there. The man at the desk when I checked in told me the pool would be open the next morning or afternoon, but it did not open the entire day. We purposely select hotels with pools for our kids and we never got to use the pool."

"The breakfast was good and kid friendly. The room was unclean with blood on one of the beddings. I have allergies and the room was very bad. I think I left with chest congestion. Hair on our towels in the shower. "

"We were in town needing a quick stay to beat airport traffic and make it to the airport quickly. The hotel staff were friendly. For the price I guess it was worth it but the rooms were not very clean. Our bathroom toilet seat had left over urine on it. The entire hotel floor was sticky, you could tell the place barely gets mopped. The chair and bench in our room had stains in it. The tile of the back of the shower was not completely clean. I felt the cleanliness was just not up to standard for a hotel regardless of the pricing. We likely would not stay at this property again moving forward. The price for parking and airport shuttle is really convenient though so that was nice."
