"It was the perfect location — in the heart of everything. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Staff there were quite helpful. We were only here 1 night, but if I return to San Juan, I will definitely book there again. "

"The staff was great. We were greeted and escorted to our room when we checked in. They always had a smile and asked if we needed anything. Modern hotel in area with mostly old hotels. Location was good. Could watch the cruise ships come in from the bar balcony. Easy walk or cheap uber anywhere. Very few and uncomfortable lounge chairs around the small pool was disappointing. View of city from pool area was awesome. We used the small cooling refrigerator in our room for food. We would stay there again."

"Very clean and safe. 18 minutes from off-site airport car rental. Quiet through the night. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, stove top, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee pot, etc was appreciated. Always a quick response from host as well. "
