“Absolutely wonderful ”

“This was my second time staying at the Armstrong hotel. It is a very unique property to the area, not a hotel chain. It’s one of 11 Michelin star hotels. The building is older so what you lose in amenities, room size, and the classical design of the building, you gain in unique charm, friendly service, and a huge personality of a hotel. I love it! There’s not many hotels like this anymore so it’s always fun to stay somewhere that is a one-of-a-kind hotel. We enjoyed the basement bar and secret……

“This was a perfect stay! The space was clean and comfy. The courtyard/flowers/plants were magical, and the location couldn’t be beat. I attended a conference at Colorado State University and it was super close. Wish I could have stayed longer!”

“We needed an early check in due to our wedding. It took calling everyday for 3 days to get it approved. The beds are comfortable and room was clean. Upon our departure, there were football team busses blocking at least 20 cars from backing out of parking spot. Had to run around finding someone to move buses. Then police cars were blocking our way out. Being charged for 1 car overnight with a confirmed reservation was also very frustrating.”

“They charge a deposit thats not included in the listing. Property needs an remodel and there was no wifi. I was told that that these issuse were being addressed by the new magment.. the staff was friendly and they have like 3k channels on direct tv. Bedding was comfortable and no bugs.”
