"The house is exactly has described and shown in the photos. We like to cook and found that the kitchen was well equipped. Loved option of dining outside as the weather was perfect.The location is also perfect. We were in walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown, many parks, walking/biking paths plus the Poudre River. We also found it very convenient for accessing the Rocky Mountain National Park which is a beautiful drive from FC.We found Stacy to be very easy to communicate with. She checked in to make sure we had everything needed and responded quickly to our questions.I highly recommend this house if you are planning to stay in Fort Collins. We will definitely stay here again."
"Upscale boutique bed and breakfast. Has a shop that sales unique lotions. Loose leaf teas and pops were stationed by the back door. That was a nice touch! "

"This was a great place to stay! My daughter and her husband live in Ft Collins but don't have a guest room. My 24 year old son was on leave from the Army for a week and we decided to drive up from Texas and see my daughter/his sister. The vrbo was located one block from their rent house and was within easy walking distance to Old Town as well as Martinez Park. And bonus: it has air conditioning! Much needed since the highs were in the low to mid 90s during our stay. I will definitely stay here again when I visit my daughter!"
"The property is listed accurately. It is small but comfortable with great attention to detail. Amenities are thoughtful and well taken care of. Property manager great communicator. A drain problem-not out of the ordinary-was fixed promptly during the stay without inconvenience to us. Definitely planning another stay. Nice neighborhood convenient to old town. Second bedroom having no bathroom is inconvenient. But it was clearly noted in the listing so expected. "
"My daughter and I stayed here. It is a beautiful place! Well decorated. Well stocked. And the washer was the best unplanned bonus! We had to wash quite a few of our clothes to be ahead of the curve when we got home. The hot tub was amazing! And after all of the stress of preparing for the wedding, planning, running around, dancing, food and wine, it was a welcoming relaxing time!Beds are super comfy! And the extra blankets were great for cozying up on the couch to catch up on Emails! "
"This loft was wonderful! So modern and a great design! Place was very clean and well stocked with anything you would need. Location with big windows looking over the Main Street was great for watching all the activities on the street. Great location in Old Town! Would definitely look to stay here again!"
