This property is not maintained, the parking lot is pot holes and broken, the rooms stink of mold, the gutters have trees growing out of them, they have toilets sitting outside in the parking lot along with furniture and debris. 「The bathroom was dirty hair in the tub on the wall, moldy bathroom ceilings. The room did have a microwave and refrigerator. The last night stay, my room key deactivated. It took 3 trips to the front desk to resolve it. And the young man helping still wasn’t not able to get it to work, after calling someone on the phone. My aunt was left waiting outside her room with her walker for like 20 minutes.」

「The property canceled our reservations when we arrived because " the AC isn't working". We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Now we are being told that Expedia can't give us a refund because they can't contact the property.」
