Every morning, a chef prepared authentic Jamaican dishes, which made me feel truly immersed in the culture. The rooms were clean, and I was grateful to receive an upgrade to a larger room with a balcony. Housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and always available when needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I would stay here again and again……

“It's a bit overpriced for what it is. The "partial ocean view" part is false advertising. There's no view of the ocean from the room I stayed in, but there was a very small beach right outside the gates. The area was also a little noisy because music was being blasted well past 10 p.m. on a Monday night which wasn't that bad, but then I woke up to a lot of banging fron 6 a.m. to about 8 a.m. There was also constant foot traffic and talking by my door around that time. “First and foremost the resort was beautiful, but the experience was tainted by the lack of hospitality and friendliness of the staff. Also the food at the buffet was not good at all, besides the jerk chicken and salad that is served @ “the reef”. The drinks also were lack luster. The resort could use a lot of work regarding those things mentioned. Especially the lack of poolside service as well. There were hardly any staff that came over to ask if we needed anything. “I didn't like the stay. The bed was extremely hard. Ther were no real amenities to use. The staff was not accommodating at all. They wouldn't clean your room nor empty your trash unless you asked several times. many of the meals were not very good.”
