“Right on the river. Very clean and nice. Close to National Park. My family loved it!”

“Very nice place and clean! Bar next door had great food also”

“Great stay, comfy space had everything we needed.”

“Beautiful cabin with Mountain views off the back deck and looking out the windows from the loft. Only down falls is there are 25 stairs to get up to the cabin”

“This clean, cozy rental unit is perfect for a couple who wants to explore the national park but stay away from the crowds in Estes Park. The unit is easily accessible from the main road. The host did an excellent job communicating with us throughout our stay.Bonus points for its fantastic steam shower!”

“The property layout was perfect. Nice deck was a bonus. Spacious and clean. Things were a bit dated and could use updating but everything worked. The message you a number to see what you needed to do was kind of awards but it worked. Great location and nice view!”

“Great property. I would stay there again. Only one suggestion for visitors: download the travel and accommodation details before you arrive because there is no cell coverage within 15 miles of the property. When I arrived, quite late, I had to blow up the picture of my cabin so I wouldn’t enter someone else’s by mistake. Be comforted, though. They have great wi-fi once you are checked in and have the log-in credentials.”

“We stayed here two years ago and they were in the process of remodeling. They have made beautiful changes to the property. The place was clean. The one improvement I would suggest is better internet. The TV kept freezing up. We would for sure stay here again and recommend it to our friends.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed everything this property had to offer…the comfortable rooms, fresh decor, accommodating kitchen, picture windows, the views and accessibility to shopping and dining. Looking forward to booking again!”

“Had a great stay at Ian's place. You can't get more convenient to downtown. Everything is within walking distance. We only stayed one night, unfortunately, but didn't need to drive anywhere for restaurants, shops, or access to the lake, which was a good thing since we were there on a weekend in the middle of summer and parking was at a premium. The unit itself was clean and well appointed and we made use of the washer and dryer after the previous few days of hiking in RMNP. It met all our needs……

“Nice basement apartment. The View. The view ! The View! From inside and on the deck. Amazing! Great hosts. !!! Loved it !”

“We enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of space. Beautiful surroundings. Thank you.”

“Wonderful, clean place with a comfortable bed!!”

“Location was great and the instructions from the host were very clear. The condo was very spacious and clean and would definitely come back.”

“My family and I enjoyed staying at the cabin. Everything was very clean and the view was beautiful. The host responded very quickly to all messages and was very helpful. I would definitely go back given the opportunity.”
