“Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold.”

“No washing machine in the unit. The laundry was added to the website but technically it was on the main floor and outside the condo building. Limited kitchen staff and only 1 covered can be used, and the rest were locked. The bedroom has no window and no AC just the fun and no closet and bedstand corner available. The pillows weren’t enough. Not all elevators work. Has to pay an extra 150 pesos per person for the pool access. Expensive to stay for limited access.”

“Clean and ok for a budget room, NO TOILET SEAT. Let me say that again NO TOILET SEAT. And when I asked for one I was told, they don’t supply and offer no explanation to why there was NO TOILET SEAT, IF I Would have know there was NO TOILET SEAT I would have never booked a room here”

“预定的酒店、到店里让我等了一个小时才有房、好不容易入住了、没有被子（这个应该是日式的本有的样子就不说了），早上凌晨5点多有人一直敲门、5点半又有人敲门、后来又打电话进来、没接到、实在受不了了！我打电话问前台怎么回事？由于是在国外、交流不方便！说了半天对方太明白！真的是一次糟糕的旅行！”

“The check in was not that smooth, it's the receptionist should know better what to do first to accommodate the guests, not like just give us the floor and room number so it's faster. I booked this for a week for my children and if they asked the ID first then they will know all the information itself. ”

“There is no instruction guide of amenities like power breaker, AC remote, etc... No floor rags in toilet and kitchen sink area, no hair blower too. Wind sounds is terrible. I was not able tp sleep coz of too much noise”

“Total miss communication about the need to send forms & money to property. Arrived at check in time to find facilitator not available and despite proof of payment, Wotif confirmation, door code, netflix password .. after 3 hours of trying to sort (and missing our booked tour) we gave up and booked (short notice) somewhere else. They (the property) had my email, my whatsapp phone number, so I dont understand why direct communication was not done. My relictance was to send passport details to……
