「The location is great, safe, close to transit, and plenty of restaurants nearby. However a couple of things: 1. No AC, if the weather is 60 at night, opening the windows works, otherwise it could be warm at night; 2. The bathroom sink leaked when we were there, called the rental company a few times, they never fixed it the whole week we were there; 3. The shower door doesn’t keep water inside, so water get outside to the floor almost every time one showers; 4. They give a couple of shampoo and...

「The apartment was clean and beautiful but it is probably more of a 3 person apartment, as the sofa only accommodates one person. The location is fun and there is easy access to lots of restaurants, shopping and the metro. Communication was great and helpful. It was a great experience. 」

Pourquoi le bien a été mis en location avec un pauvre matelas vu que le changer ne posait pas de problème... cela reste un mystère. Mais encore bravo pour l'envie de satisfaire le client.」

Miguel is a great host and very responsive, and took great care in cleaning the apartment. We enjoyed our stay very much. 「The apartment is very modern and clean. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are a good size for 2 ppl to move around in. The pastry shop across the street has the best croissants!The subway is a 2 min walk down the block.The host takes good care of this place. I would stay here again. 」

「Apartment was perfect. Lively neighborhood loaded with restaurants and easy access to both RER and metro. 5-10 minute walk to both the Louvre and Notre Dame. Food markets nearby which, with the functional kitchen, allowed us to save a little by cooking for ourselves. Our host, Francoise, was responsive and check in was simple. Everything exceeded our expectations.」

「What a fantastic spot. Super quiet yet walk 30 seconds to end.of the road and its bustly and lively. Really helpful check in guy. Really fantastic location and for a tiny room it had everyhting and my friend and i werent tripping up over each other.」

「The apartment was convenient and relatively clean. One annoyance was that there was only one key and we could not use the key padlock at the door in case we split up. We also received multiple - borderline rude - reminders about checkout the day before via text and email. Other than that, it was easy to find and a comfortable apartment.」

"The Jeff from reception made the warmest welcome for us and it was the LNY eve so he gave us the red envelope as the gift and we'll pronounced Mandarin 😀 We stayed at the balcony room and the view is exception. We finished the check out and I have to say the service from every part of the staff is fantastic. When I just came out from the lift then someone came to ask if I need luggage claim and 30 sets later a front desk manager came to check if I need anything when I was in the line and she just explained I could easily do the fast check out and no need to wait. Fantastic experience here！"

"I can’t stop explaining how wonderful this property is. It is a beautiful and safe place. And you can walk to the restaurant nearby. There are. So many good restaurants there. And it just takes 15-20 minutes to go many historic places. My kids love it too. Thanks for providing us such a wonderful place and memories in Paris "
