“First off the chalet was very nice and clean. It felt very cozy and private. The rooms were good sized and the jacuzzi was heavenly. The kitchen did have pots and and some appliances and silverware but no strainer or oven pans. It is dog friendly , which is important to us but not much green space to walk them at all. The reason i posted just okay is in your listings you say washer and dryers and fitness room . Also on some websites, it shows it is suppose to have an indoor pool and it does……

“It was cozy, quiet and very relaxing. We enjoy our stay and didn't want to leave.”

“Gorgeous panoramic view of the mountains. Crazy drive up the mountain but worth it for the view. Very clean beautiful house. Would highly recommend.”

“My family enjoyed the wonderful view, pool table, and hot tub. Communication with the host was a big plus. She was lovely and answered any questions we had promptly and with good cheer.”

“Michelle & Casey were so friendly, communicative, and helpful. They checked on us a few times during our stay, and they jumped in to address an issue that arose immediately. The property is very clean, convenient, and in a gorgeous location. My family cannot wait to come back and spend more time there.”

“The chalet has a nice modern style and is conveniently located close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. There is a trolley stop very close by, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns, The location is definitely one of the highlights of the property.”

“Great location and lovely quiet area.”

“Frankie’s place was a perfect spot for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us, the hot tub and fire pit were amazing, and we really enjoyed being in the area without being around all of the hustle and bustle. We saw bears four times in the neighborhood—once in the backyard of the house. We loved the stay. Thanks much, Frankie”

“Lots of space, great atmosphere. Close to town but in the woods. Really relaxing.”

“Great place, had everything we needed. It was quite the drive from town to get to the cabin though. Other than that we loved it!”

“Great property, clean, spacious and well accommodated. Close to town was unexpected bonus after long hike! Host was great at communicating about details. Would stay here again.”

“We had a great stay at this cabin! It was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was just as described, and the cabin had a relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!”

“We had a wonderful stay and we will be back!!”

“Had a nice stay however it only 3 bedrooms not 4 like the listing said. The bunk beds are in a closet in the King room but perfect for toddlers. We had to use the sofas for the older kiddos. Kitchen not stocked well. No foil or plastic wrap, etc. Hot tube water was 59 degrees and no instructions on how to operate it.”
