「Great stay. I'm from the area but had friends visiting from out of town. This was a great location only a quick walk to Michigan Avenue and 15 minutes from the loop. The apartment was spacious, and I appreciated having disney plus/netflix signed into the TV. The check-in and check-out was really easy with an accompanying video and easy lockbox location. 「 The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. The soundproofing could be improved, as traffic noise and the AC unit sometimes disturbed our sleep. Check-in was a bit challenging since we arrived later than planned and had to wait about 20 minutes for a response by email, but once resolved, everything went smoothly. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement. 」

「Great host, great location, place was comfy and clean! i was able to easily park on the street very nearby. old building has some quirks and can be a bit noisy. i was glad my puppy didn't come along, he would have barked at every creak and crack and voice from the hall. all in all very comfy and nice.」

「Great location. We drove in, but the Brown line is within a ten minute walk. At present there is no permit parking (Yay!), so we were able to park for free down the street, but there are some limitations M-F, 8am-4pm at the far end of the street. The apartment was clean and as described. Heat was radiator. I didn’t see A/C but we didn’t need it in the winter. The bed was a king and very comfortable. 「We had a wonderful stay here! Check in was very clearly laid out and communication with the host was easy and very responsive. She always responded within minutes and was able to help with any questions I had. The studio apartment was quiet and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a long day traveling around Chicago.
