“we stay 2 nights here, the location is awesome, near to Robert's, we can walk along there for amazing sea food. clean room, comfortable beds, easy parking.... I love to come back next time”

“Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances.……

“There was no information provided or available in the room regarding things such as breakfast times, hours of the pool, or local things to do/places to eat. While the cleaning staff were pleasant, the front desk clerk was not friendly and not helpful. No towels at the pool, and a giant wad of hair stuck to the side of the shower was discovered during our initial use. Maintenance on things such as the pool is overduue. Nothing absolutely horrible, but will spend our money elsewhere next time.”

“Hotel is no frills and serves its main purpose. Our check-in experience was ok, room was clean, a/c worked and our bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking and close to supermarket. The front desk needs staff present at all times. Although there is a bell to ring for someone, upon check-in hours and later in evening, and following morning, no one is at the FRONT. Rooms were cozy and seemed to be kept up with the times. Being on rt1 was ok soundwise. Street wasnt horried of traffic like OOB is usually. “As a paying family of 5 who required the sofa bed, we were disappointed to discover that the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. This was our second hotel of the trip and the second hotel that did not have what we needed. Very disappointing. Not only that, but one of the cards did not work to open the door. After the 3rd attempt of recoding and trying the door, we were finally given a replacement card. Needless to say, we decided to try a different hotel chain for our overnight stop on……

“Overall great experience: big clean room with a a full kitchen(!), solid breakfast buffet, convenient location, and very friendly/helpful staff! Only complaint: AC in the room occasionally made noise that sounded like it needed some maintenance, we had to turn it off then on again once, but nothing serious.”
