「The checking-in was extremely low, the person in charge seemes not to be knowledgeable about the process. The rooms were supposed to be paid in full. At the check out they messed up, charging me what I already paid. When I realized the error, nad they the agreed that was an error on their side, they told 15-30 day to reimburse the wrong charges.
