"Pool was too cold"

"Room and property was clean. Pool heater was broken and no sign on door letting people know the condition of pool. Water temperature was 66 degrees. Unable to utilize swimming pool. Stayed on second floor, someone had a dog on first floor and you could hear it barking. "

"Staff is top notch as well as the amenities and the breakfast! Fire pit out front is a plus"

"Air conditioning was broken and WiFi was inconsistent. Staff tried to help but couldn’t make any changes. "

"Everything was laid out beautifully. There were no questions not answered by a handy guide left for guests. House was clean, beautiful and updated. The hot tub was clean and especially nice as a way to relax after visiting all of the nearby shops. I would give more stars if I could. We will be back!"

"Totally disappointed with stay at the Baymont by Wyndham Washington Court House Not the standards of the Wyndham franchise but the very low standards of that particular facility management that is unfortunately placed in a great location that's poorly managed in terms of cleanliness, serviceability and comfort. The following day I had sores around the back of my neck from the pillows I slept on that looks like some type of bites. The toilets with someone else cramp(poop) and bed that apparently look as if someone laid in it. I did call the front desk to ask if that room had been cleaned and that maybe she put me in a uncleaned room and she indicated the room has been cleaned. (See pictures) "
