“We loved the house and the farm setting overlooking the ocean. Josh was extremely helpful in showing us around and getting us settled. We didn't take advantage of the beautiful kitchen, but we might have done so over a longer stay. Bed and bathroom are spacious and comfortable with lots of natural light. Once we figured out how to divide our time with the cats on the veranda rocking chairs, it worked out well for them and us. ”

“We are given Cabin 1 and there was no lighting outside and the bathrooms were a 3 min walk away in the dark. I feel and hurt my knee trying to use the bathroom at night, this caused me alot of discomfort for the rest of my stay. This part of the island is wet, and rain is common. There is mud that makes the ground dangerous to walk on. I would not recommend this place due to safety concerns. ”

“If you are looking for a great spot near Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, this is it! Nothing too fancy, but clean and puts you are only a few minutes from the park. Julie did a great job making sure I had everything I needed, and gave me some great local advice to make sure I optimized the time on my trip!”
