“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“This is not a 4 star. The rooms are sparse. No storage, no clocks, limited bedside table, the bathroom is the quality of a mobile home. The hallway carpets are dirty with obvious water stains. The room floors are cheap and dirty. Extremely limited dining on site but restaurants close by. The roof top bar was closed most of the time. The only good things about this hotel is location, the staff was very nice and the workout “room” was decent. The hotel needs upgrades…badly. The hotel is a 3 star……
