「This place is a little piece of heaven. Everything about it was wonderful. Fully furnished suite with everything you need away from home. Toaster, wine glasses, washer dryer. Everything. One block from an awesome beach and a two minute walk from the Boardwalk. The place was clean, safe and quiet. And dog friendly. My dog loved the deck and was a little busy body watching everything going on. Will most definately stay again. 」

「Amazing location for beach and boardwalk access. Lots of room for 8 people (4 adults and 4 kids). Could use a few more plates and a roll of paper towels. Beds are a little hard but things were nice and clean. We will definitely be returning. 」

「Condo was clean and comfortable. Loved how there was a door from living to bedroom, made it quieter when going to sleep. The condo is on the first floor which is a plus. Very rare to have basic cable, my BF and I enjoy watching the news and having coffee and breakfast in the morning!..2 burners to cook was great!!!」

「This cottage is great and has everything that you need. We stayed here for a month and it felt like a home away from home. The owners are receptive and respond right away if you need anything. You cannot beat the location as you can be at the beach every day in just minutes. We hope to return in the future!」

「The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.」

「The place was perfect for our short get away! Paul greeted us upon arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to utilize all of the amenities. It was a very short walk to the quiet end of the beach and easy to walk the entire boardwalk. Would definitely recommend!」

「The beach is amazing, and you can walk for hours along the shore, with the calm waters cooling your feet. Sadly, there were a lot of jellyfish, which I had never seen before in this area like this - very usual. I think it was a result of recent storms. But still, they were easy to spot and avoid. The house is comfortable and lovely and we had a great time playing games, napping and reading, and visiting. The sun porch is lovely. 」

The house was well stocked with supplies and there was planty of room for all guests. The decor was amazing and there were plany of games to entertained.
