“Parking of cars was nearly impossible. Seaweed by beach near only Restaurant had bad smell. We had ants invading our room. They came and sprayed outside. We had to buy ant spray and kill all in the room. Room itself was nice. Location of resort was a couple of miles to Red Hook where restaurants, shopping, and markets were available. Upper Pool and swim up bar was nice, but no food at bar. Overall 4 out of 5 rating. ”

“The staff was incredible. There was nothing that you could ask that they thought was too much. They would get it done for you. We loved it so much. We will be coming back in March.”

“Shaun at the front desk started our weekend off with excellent customer service. Tevind was there to pick us up like VIP and take us to the front desk. Our view of the city and bay was amazing day and night. Our rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Don’t hesitate this is a landmark site. ”

“Overall it was very good and I understand it is the slow season but I think there should have been more food/restaurant options or possibly even offering reciprocity to some local restaurants to include transportation as I spent a fortune on taxis. Furthermore, the construction should have been done more quickly even if that meant closing for a short period of time or not having guest rooms so close to the construction noise. I also found it a bit contradictory giving free bottles of water in……

“Facility and surrounding areas were very nice. We went in slow season so the fact that the hotel was empty was a plus. The service was very good. Having the Nespresso pods was a big plus. We will be back!”
