「This is my worst experience in my whole life. I booked the property with Hotels.com which I have used sucessfully for many years. I arrived at the property at 10pm after spending 1 hour looking for a ''hotel'' as advertised. It was just a door with NO signage to indicate that there was any accommodation at this address. It was just a door. I rang the contact telephone number and was advised that I had to go on line and use ID (I live in the UK, we dont have ID here, its not needed). I was also...

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the train station and extremely convenient. However, the room condition and housekeeping fell short of expectations: The curtains could not be closed properly, affecting both privacy and light blockage. The floor mat near the entrance and bathroom was torn/damaged. The bathrobes in the wardrobe...

「Rommservice staff at midnight was extremley rude」

「good but not meet the expectations as always when i live with rosewood， sorry to say that」

「Nice staff, with one wonderful birthday trip.」
