「Good location for business & vacation 」

「It was very warm and there was no air conditioning. The host brought a fan which helped reduce some of the hot air, but not all of it. It was also very loud because it was right on a busy street. The breakfast was delicious, and the host was very helpful. However, the noise level, temperature of the room, and the firmness of the bed made this just an OK experience for us.」

「No amenities and no one to speak with. I received text messages & messages through Expedia from hotel, yet when I reached out in this same fashion there was no response. The property is clean. Somewhat noisy area, although close to most things. Not truly a hotel. 」

We were convenient to a fish and chips place for dinner and enjoyed watching World Cup soccer at a pub close by, all within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and it was quiet and peaceful.」

「Hôtel definitely needing some TLC, no sockets beside bed for phone charging and seat at mirror too low to see into mirror for doing hair. Barmaid had an attitude and definitely needs tuition in cocktails as my espresso martini was one of the worst ever served up to me. Also overheard a customer ask for pinot noir and she tried to give them pinot Grigio! We were goi b to have breakfast in the morning but we decided against. Clearly a need for staff training all round in my opinion.」

「Smokers stood right in front of the doors to access the hotel was not a great experience for a non smoker and the doors are directly opposite reception who I'm guessing chose to not ask people to move. The smell then blew into the reception area.」

「I loved everything. Phantastic value for money in a big city that does not have Hostelling Scotland Youth Hostels. Of course this is not a 4 star hotel! With the start of check-in, there is a receptionist that hands out the key. So everything cool. The only thing that irritated me, was that the telephone number on the booking form did not work. I had to write an email and request the telephone number which I got immediately. It is a mobile number. Apart from that ... 100% recommendation. P.S....
