“This worked out well for me. I was in town for a 3-day convention at the GRB. The total cost here was about what 1 night cost downtown and I avoided the $45/day parking. I used the nearby Leeland/Third Ward MetroRail station which is 2 stops from the GRB. There is a concrete slab from a torn down building that I used to park next to the station. I had no problem parking on the street while staying at the Green Tiny House. Though it is not listed in the property amenities, there was a coffee……

“I enjoyed the bungalow, its condition, and the location. You were very prompt in fixing the washer and dryer issues but I was concerned that the carbon monoxide problem wasn’t addressed. I brought my concerns to the fire department that initially found hot spots of carbon monoxide in the bungalow. After that find I was the only one staying at the bungalow with the furnace turned off and windows open.”
