“The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The……

“Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so……

“We pulled up to a restaurant inn with not a soul in sight. The restaurant was closed with a for sale Realastate sign outside. There place had broken windows and a side back door to access . We walked in to find a dark room with an old piano . We went upstairs to see the room and the only thing in the rooms posted was the white sheets and blankets . There was a small area with a microwave outside our door . The pictures had an outside sitting for guests that was not the case . We left and ended……

“Wonderful stay!”

“Great house and great host! Very convenient location particularly to Windham Mountain. ”

“Dia's created an excellent space for anyone to enjoy. Have been twice now and am looking forward to making another trip in the future. A truly one of a kind home, peaceful and fun. Thank you Dia!”

“Beautiful and exceptionally well outfitted property, tasty and warm, fresh and clean, book without hesitation”

“This house was physically perfect for us. The number of bedrooms, the layout of the house (wonderful for gatherings), the pool and the fenced in yard was perfect for our large family and the pets that came with us. Hanging out in the open spaces, cooking together and just enjoying each other was awesome and easy. Having put that very important part of it first, there were some "bumps". We had several communications from Rimon concerning the connections regarding the wi-fi. After some back……

“I would highly recommend this opportunity!! The house is immaculate, very warm, fun and comforting. Great attention to detail and personality inside not to mention multiple games, hot tub, and overall entertainment value”

“Very easy to check in and check out. Very excellent instructions and welcoming atmosphere. ”

“The house was okay. The dishes could have been better and Americans want washcloths. They seemed to work on a European system. The check in wasn't easy because they would only give the access code to the house 2 hours before hand and that was awkward for us to get because we were on the road at that time. The house was nice and private and quiet and clean.”

“Our stay at the chalet was exactly what we hoped it would be! The space is in a beautiful location that is perfect for dogs. The host was very helpful and responsive and check in was a breeze. We'll be back for sure!”

“There for the spartan - great location - house is beautiful - perfect for our group can’t wait to go back again! ”
