「We were in Edinburgh for an extra few nights unexpectedly and booked “3 Johns Place” last minute. We absolutely loved it! The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, the shower was new and modern. I would give it more stars if I could. Easy check-in, accommodating staff, beautiful facility. 12/10. We are slowly becoming anti-Air Bnb folks because of accommodations like this. A+ 3 Johns Place. 」

「Great stay!! I arrived early but was able to drop off my luggage. Lukas met me at reception and was very kind and clear with instructions. Beautiful room, no issues whatsoever. The room faced a relatively busy street but I didn't find it noisy at all. Although there is no on-site breakfast, they are kind enough to provide a kitchen area with some basics like bread, cereal and fruit for anyone who wants along with some discount coupons for nearby cafes. 「A nice simple guesthouse to stay in Edinburgh that is close to good amenities that are walkable and close to bus routes. Friendly owner who went out of his way to allow us an earlier check in as we needed a jet lag nap and our flight had been changed. 」

「Excellent breakfast, quiet neighborhood and nice staff. Supermarket is in 5 minutes walking distance. The guesthouse is a little bit far from the station, better take a bus, especially in cold winter or with heavy luggages. The bus stop is just at the front door of the guest house. A few minutes bus ride can bring you to the city center and the railway station.」
