“We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? It was noisy and very dirty……

“The bed sheets & linens are so dirty so many stains & also the bathroom is dirty. The surroundings are so noisy because of the train 24hrs 😔😔😔 ”

“Arriving Jakarta about midnight it’s a convenient stay. But after passing the customs at arrival hall, it’s not quite easy to find it. It’s on 1st floor and the arrival hall is Ground floor. You have to get through luggage x-Ray again to take elevator to 1st floor. Cash 50k rp for capsule card deposit. Need to prepare toothbrush, they have only Tower and slippers.”

“I felt home at Bajo Sunset hotel. You could see no one but at need there's always someone to call and to count on. I even got the bike lent by one of the guy working there!”
