"The property is wonderful. Rubin, Cristina and Salvador were amazing, as well as the rest of the staff - everyone was so kind and accommodating. The food is good, rooms are beautiful, pools are great. We got skipped a couple of times having our room turned over but as soon as we alerted the staff it was taken care of. Sargassum is pretty bad right now so we didn't use the beach much. Would definitely go back to this resort!"

"Great staff! Had a great time! It was a very nice resort. They really kept everything clean. They give you daily maid service and nightly turn down. Food was great! . No reservations were required other than Spice International. (Hibachi). Beaches were nice and were cleaned up daily. We had a swim out room. They provided drink services at our swim up which was convenient. Entertainment was decent. Love the coffee and pastries shop! You have to try the chocolate donuts! Loved getting hot or iced vanilla lattes everyday. Pools were really nice. Plenty of chairs were available. Lots of activities daily offered. Download the app when you check in and you can reference anything you need during your stay. I give it an 8 out of a 10. Bathroom area needs to be closed off better in your room. I’m an early bird. Anyone trying to sleep In will get an eye full of light from the bathroom since it’s open to the bedroom area. "

"Clean, spacious and modern room. The property is spacious with plenty of views and walking paths. Many activities and events through the day and night. Multiple pools and plenty of chairs by the poolside."

"Pool side setting was comfy, i enjoyed the pool. Room was clean, however the jacuzzi upstairs in my room was not clean, did not use even though i paid for it. The room door was squeaky, but they did come in fix it at my request. The staff was excellent, shout out to Krystel and Marco, those are the 2 names that stood out."

"We had a great time at Finest with kids age 6 and 3. Pools and beach were wonderful. Restaurant options were great and staff so friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back!"

"The hotel was overbooked and not enough staff to take care of everyone. Specially at the restaurants. They were working really hard to keep up. The pools were crowded and not enough chairs for all guests. Similar to the restaurants. Restaurants were not taking reservations. "

"I didn't book the all inclusive pkg, but 1 day was raining so I tried to just pay as I went but talked into pre authorizing 4000 pesos, I had the breakfast buffet and later tried to get a couple of drinks from the pool bar, was told no, went to the front desk, she called and said I'm good to go. I went back to the pool bar and was denied again, then I settled/cancelled my pre auth, paid for the breakfast(475 pesos and not worth it no fruit at the buffet) I was embarrassed and annoyed and left, glad the rain stopped and I could venture out as Isla is know for many great eateries. Room was good, was clear and the WiFi was only 4hrs per day too. Couldn't imaging if I kids with me at this resort. "
