"Everything was great until the last day. We spilled some coffee in the room onto the wood cabinet. We cleaned it up with the handtowel. They charged us for "additional cleaning" for the towel. What were we supposed to do? Leave it and damage the cabinet? Use the toilet paper - have you used the toilet paper there?? "

"The reservations for restaturants which serve dinner are possible only at least 2 days in advance. Therefore I coudn' t make reservation for the first 2 days, I was offered only 9 pm slots which is too late because of my kids. Quite disappointing."

"From check-in to check-out the entire experience with this hotel was excellent. We traveled with our kids so we had 3 rooms. 2 of the rooms were upgraded to suites free of charge and they made a point to put all of us on the same floor close to each other without us even asking. The food was delicious with multiple dining options. The only complaint we have is that the dinner buffet was closed 3 nights in a row but we were able to get into the other restaurants without any problems. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff very friendly."
