"Bklyn House was more amazing than I even thought it would be! The customer service was exceptional and very clean!! It was also very easy and a short getting to other parts of NYC from here. There is a strip of bars, food, delis and convenience stores about one block up. Think I’ve found me a New York home hotel !!! "

"Staff was great and room was clean and comfortable. We had no problem, as we had late nights, but worth noting that early risers should be aware that the music from the bar downstairs can definitely be heard in the lower level rooms. Great delis nearby!"

"The location was great, I was able to walk out the door and turn left and have access to several great places to eat, to the right and across the street. There is a Walgreens around the corner as well, I was close to so many great places. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was traveling from Alabama and never been to NYC and the staff had great advice when I asked for help. Everything I needed the staff helped me with and I plan to look for this hotel chain in my future travels."
