“Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was better than most. We enjoyed staying here and would do so again.”

“This motel was very clean. Fresh vases of flowers in several locations filled the areas with lovely scents. The breakfast was good, varied and hot. I am the only one who complained about their bed, but the pillows were great. The was no hall/other room noise, but it must be close to a fire station, as we heard many emergency vehicles on the street. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We have stayed here twice in the last month. We traveled from GA to watch our son play baseball at Louisville Slugger Field. It's always a nice stay, and everyone is so friendly. There is plenty to do around this location and all within walking distance. We always love our stay at Residence Inn Louisville Downton, Kentucky.”

“It’s a really nice and new hotel! Close to downtown Louisville. Only thing is the shower is built to where it will hit you in the face the whole time if you’re on the shorter side. Breakfast is ok. Nice staff at the front desk but my room didn’t get cleaned one of the days. Overall would recommend and stay again!”

“The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were helpful with questions about what to do around Louisville. We needed more pillows and a blanket and the front desk provided them on the spot. Breakfast each morning was outstanding with a variety of choices. ”

“First hotel i have ever stayed at that front desk is only open for couple hours a day. Floors in room where sticky, ceiling light did not work, mentioned to front desk when someone was finally there, but was never fixed while I was there. Room was cold, heater at 84 and still chilled. It was at least better place than where i stayed last year”
