"I’m a business traveler. It was ideal for the price. The hotel’s lower cost made me skeptical. Would I get my money’s worth? It was just a room and a bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a bar there. The bartender made great drinks. The bar doesn’t serve food. Serving food seems to be in the planning stages. I used Uber Eats and watched the World Cup. It was a great last night of a two day business trip. I would stay there again."

"I gave this hotel an excellent because it ticked all our boxes. First, the value. We usually find something to complain about with an inexpensive hotel, but not with the Comfort Inn Downtown Detroit. The staff were extrememly welcoming and accomodating. Parking was free. Breakfast was decent, and the breakfast area was well-stocked and clean. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a free shuttle service in the evening to the Greektown area where the restaruants and nightlife are. As tourists, we found the hotel well-located for everything we wanted to do, on foot as well as by car."
