“breakfast is full of variety”

“WAN nice guy”

“Very good location. It was just a short walk to the JB checkpoint so perfect for travellers commuting between JB and Singapore. We also enjoyed the breakfast which offered a lot of options and tasty food. The room was spacious and the shower was great. However, there were ants on our bed, in the drawers and in the bathroom. When told about the issue, the staff only applied some insect repellent and did not resolve successfully. On our last evening, we went to the pool bar to relax, but were told……

“breakfast options / variety not enough”

“Important! There is a tax charge only accept cash. Didnt mention when I book the room 3 months ago. Make sure you have enough cash before you go check in. The window is facing corridor, and corridors are open, you can hear clearly when people in and out. Still, room is clean, staff are nice.”

“Nice owner and very helpful. Only issue is people playing loud music from 7am in the morning on weekends. Room was clean and bed comfortable, will stay again.”

“Clean room”

“one of the lift is very very slow and breakdown on the second day. only left with one lift very in-convenient.”
